Stephen Alan Miller was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on November 8th, 1942. Known to us as Steve Miller, not to be confused with the other Steve Miller from “ Fly Like An Eagle” fame. To his loving fans, Steve was “Grandpa Blues” Mr. Blues, Cocoa Beach Slim and Terrazzo Burns... the man who used to tear it up on his Hammond B-3 organ with the rockin’ Blues band “The Groove Monsters”. On August 17, 2003, Stephen Miller passed from this earth and transcended into Blues Heaven. Steve influenced a number of musicians on Florida’s Space Coast the last years of his life. He was a wonderful husband, father and friend to many in the music community. He may be gone but will never be forgotten. This website is dedicated to the man, the music and his art. 6th
